Acceptance

By using מפת חיבורים you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

Updates

Installing an update is acceptance of the terms published with that version's store listing when the listing points at this URL.

2. Service

מפת חיבורים provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. Companion targets (for example widgets or additional Apple platforms in the same product) are part of the same licence when Apple distributes them with the app.

3. User conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not attempt to reverse engineer the binary except to the extent a statute forbids that restriction, and you will not use the app to store or transmit content you do not have rights to handle.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping the device and Apple ID secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Karolina Michalska is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Poland.

Apple as a third-party beneficiary of store rules

You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the licence restrictions that Apple requires in app agreements, and that Apple may enforce those restrictions. That does not make Apple a party to every sentence of this HTML.
